At YTD LTD, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture purchases. If an item isn't the perfect fit for your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your YTD LTD account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return portal to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned home goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
